View across the open living space. One real challenge of this project was balancing the amount of glass desired with the structural needs of the shear walls. You can also see the amount of steel it took to keep this floor open, especially as our structural depth was limited by the height restriction (we just barely fit everything below the required line, so we couldn't even add a couple of inches of depth to the structure.) ...
