We showed off the potential front of this home recently, this is the rear changes. It's mostly about finding space for screened porches, decks, and a small addition to fit an additional bedroom. The existing rear has some of this, but it's laid out awkwardly leading to a lot of inefficient space. Part of this is about making the stair layout more functional while expanding the existing program to the zoning limits and making more useful space for the family to enjoy their views. ...
