What happens when you give us a set of covenants and a very broad list of requirements? You get this, where our creativity was limited only by the realities of building a home without a client. You don't want it too odd, but you do want to stand out from the crowd. Add in the historical requirements, and you end up with something like this, 3 different approaches to creating a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath residence. We started with very simple forms and suggested various changes like adding dormers or upgraded columns. We did one with a very prominent stair tower to really mix things up on the front facade. Waiting on the client's comments to progress this forward.
