Caught this nearly finished home at the kitchen installation. It's a large open living space because this house is tiny thanks to an undersized lot with additional easements on it. On the boards:

A first pass at a new home in Ocean CIty., Maryland. If you've followed us for a bit, then you might be wondering at why this first pass doesn't have our usual variety. The reason for that is this homeowner came to us with a fairly workable floor plan and a very firm grasp on what they wanted. Our job was mostly to clean up any code compliance issues, and maybe make a few suggestions around the edges. Knowing what they want should save this client a ton of time and a bit of money on the design process.
