Three designs for a new home on the Delaware Bay. This project started life as a renovation, but the existing home didn't bring enough value to the design (i.e. it was cheaper to knock it down to the foundation and start over). We're still relatively early in the design process, so we're presenting wildly varying options from high modern to more traditional forms in addition to very different plans trying to tease out the priorities for the design.
