On the boards:

Matching guest house. Having some options to choose from for a small 2 bedroom guest/poolhouse, of course some of these final details will probably end up altered to work with the main house decisions, but sometimes those choices go the other way, so it's nice to work on them at the same time.

On the Boards

Last one, we took the highly assertive design and softened it a bit into something a bit more traditional by converting the roofs and adjusting the window details. Tomorrow: We'll post some renders of the interiors as these exteriors are mostly derived to create a specific interior experience, the houses are designed from the inside details to the outside look (as opposed to trying to make a house look a certain way and then figuring out the plan from there.)

On the Boards:

Maybe you're starting to see the items we've decided versus what we haven't. The color palette has certainly gotten nailed down, but the detailing and overall floor plan are absolutely still in flux. This is the modern (maybe post modern depending if you see this as two shed roofs or one split gable) with very aggressively chosen detailing. Next will be a more traditional set of details to see if that changes anything.
