New stairwell next to the front door. You can't get much more light as you come into the main part of the house from the ground floor. This corner was carefully detailed to work with the various roof lines that intersect around these windows. We actually did not design this, but it's a feature that you do your best to emphasize. By opening up the entry, you now walk in the front door and get the view of the water that this house has.
