On the boards:

A renovation to an existing home full of funky details and leaky roofs. Our goal here was to resolve some issues with potential flooding, clean up some of the detailing, make a main stair that isn't going to kill the occupant, open up the interiors, take better advantage of the views, and maintain the original post-modern coastal style.
