For example, this Privacy Policy applies when you visit our website, when you interact with our services, or when you contact our support team, speak to our sales representatives, or otherwise interact with Archology LLC offline.
How do we Collect Information?

Use of your Information
- To Prepare to Enter Into, To Enter Into, and to Perform a Contract With You. We use personal data to prepare to enter into and to enter into contracts and other agreements with you. We also use personal data when we perform our contracts, including when we perform our obligations under them and monitor the parties’ compliance with their undertakings. Examples of contracts we may enter into with you include contracts for design services or coordination of engineering, surveying, and industry related professional services.

Use of Phone Numbers for SMS
- Collection of Phone Numbers. We collect your phone numbers for SMS only when you voluntarily provide them to us through our online Contact Us form.
- Use of Phone Numbers for SMS. Your phone numbers are used to provide you with service updates, customer support and scheduling reminders. Message frequency varies and text messages may relate to our services, customer support, or scheduling. SMS messaging charges may be applied by your carrier. Message and Data rates apply.
- Opting Out of Messages. If are any time you wish to stop receiving SMS from us, you can opt out by texting STOP to opt-out. Once you have opted out, we will not send your any more SMS messages, nor will we sell your phone number to another party. For assistance, reply HELP or contact customer support.
- Opt-In Information. Opt-in information is not sold or shared.
Do We Disclose Personal Data?
We disclose your personal data: (a) to third parties at your direction, with separate, specific notice to you, or with your consent; (b) to third-party service providers, business advisors, or consultants, who need it to provide their services to us; and (c) as required by law or administrative order, to assert claims or rights, or to defend against legal claims.

Certain data privacy laws provide individuals with rights with respect to the “selling” or “sharing” of their personal data. Archology LLC does not currently provide personal data to others in exchange for monetary compensation and will not share your personal data for marketing purposes.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18 we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
