Lewes Meineke Car Care Center
The Lewes Meineke Car Care Center was an early commercial project for us. The building itself is a simple pole building, but the owners didn’t want it to look like that from the highway. So we added brick and large glazing to create an inviting waiting area and a pleasing front elevation. Most of the interior space planning came down to functionality, how to fit as many service bays and parts storage areas as possible.
The view of this gussied up pole building. You can see the side was left standard pole building style, but the front is a bit unique with brick and large windows.
You can see the service bays as well as the large windows in the waiting room.
